Prince Made Bespoke provides bespoke tailoring for the modern gentleman. You will enjoy the same quality and prestige as you would naturally expect of PMB. Both Bespoke and Semi Bespoke items involve the creation of hand-crafted and cut patterns based on your measurements and chosen fabric, with full hand stitching and hand finishing.
Full Service
A suit is as unique as your fingerprints. Our experienced Consultants will spend time talking to you about your requirements, and advising on the wide array of styles, fabrics and weaves. Using modern methods, your dedicated consultant will take more than 40 individual measurements taking into account all shapes and posture.
With this information, the consultant will discuss your requirements with the tailor and he will cut the suit out by hand in preparation for the ‘baste’ stage – an intermediate, half-made stage – of your suit’s fitting. It is this baste stage that sets a fully bespoke suit aside from all other types of ‘made-to-measure’ tailoring.
A number of fitting sessions will follow – most usually three, but sometimes up to five – during which time significant alterations can be made to ensure that the final garment is unquestionably perfect.
The ‘final fitting’ marks the completion of the garment, incorporating changes from the baste fitting. Ready to be worn and enjoyed, the lead times can vary, particularly during busier periods, and are not strictly defined.
Semi Bespoke
When you choose to invest in Prince Made Bespoke semi-bespoke suit there remains no compromise on the choice of fabrics and styles – or the skill, experience and perfectionism of your expert tailor.
We realise that it can be difficult to justify the cost of a wardrobe of fully bespoke tailored suits. We also understand the frustration of those who are are not prepared to accept the mediocre cut, construction and fit of ‘off-the-peg’ suits.
Semi-bespoke Items maintain the process of being hand-drafted, cut, and stitched, but they skip the baste fitting stage and are constructed with a half-canvas. This results in a quicker completion time compared to full bespoke, offering a more affordable price point and shorter lead time, which is usually around 8 weeks.
Made To Measure
Experience high quality suiting with our made to measure service, providing everyone the opportunity for precision-crafted garments. While made-to-measure garments adhere to your measurements, the streamlined, machine-driven process makes them more affordable and quicker.
However by simplifying the fitting process and reducing a proportion of the hand-crafting time, a made to measure Prince Made Bespoke suit can be created on a shorter timescale and more modest budget than a fully bespoke suit.
